Bidders Terms & Conditions

" All bidding and registration are completed on a secure encrypted site using HIBID.COM. ALL BIDDERS must be at least 18 years of age or older to register.

" Upon registration to our Live Auction you hereby agree to ALL Bidders Terms & Conditions contained within this document including all other terms and conditions outlined within our site.

" Silver Fox Auctions Inc. respects your privacy and will not sell or share your information with any other parties. Thank you for Registering!

" All items are described and pictured to the very best of our ability as we aim for the highest level of customer satisfaction. With that in mind ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS and the buyer is expected to review the items prior to bidding and inspect the item at our location at 237 University Ave St Charlottetown, PE if possible. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on any items.

" Silver Fox Auctions and Liquidations Inc. shall be held harmless for any damage(s) caused from the use of your item(s) or from any personal injury caused from the use of your item. We encourage you to research any item prior to use.

" Silver Fox Auctions and Liquidations Inc. sells all items without any warranties given or implied.

" Silver Fox Auctions and Liquidations Inc. reserves the right to cancel bids that are deemed as suspicious in nature. In addition, Silver Fox Auctions and Liquidations. reserves the right to refuse payment via credit card if it anticipates any potential problems.

" All items without exception are subject to HST unless being shipped to the USA. We do not ship outside of North America. All items sold are subject to a 10% buyer's premium which is also subject to the HST without any exceptions.

"      Items that are not paid for during the designated period, may be subject to be relisted and sold without notice. Any shortfall on our reselling of the item will be the responsibility of the bidder, and the bidder agrees to be liable to these terms and conditions by accepting our terms and conditions and bidding on our items.

" Customers who pay for items but do not pick up within 30 days, Items will be resold and NO refund given.

" In the event of a dispute over a tie for a winning bid Silver Fox Auctions and Liquidations Inc. has the FINAL decision who the winning bidder is which is based on the first bidder to register the high bid.

" An invoice will be emailed to the winning bidder(s) after the auction and buyers are encouraged to review our hours of operation and pickup location information. Please pay for and pickup all items within three days of auction closure. The buyer is responsible for the item and the transfer of ownership of said item(s) occurs as soon as payment is received. Use proper care in removing your items from our location.

" We accept CASH, Debit and Credit Card when presented in person. We also accept email money transfers from out of province bidders.  Please note we do not accept Credit Card payments over the phone unless pre-approved in advance of the auction.
