What type of auctions do you conduct?

We conduct a variety of auctions including estate sales, antique auctions, real estate auctions, and charity auctions.

How do I bid on items in your auctions?

To bid in our online auctions, sign up for a free Hibid account at: https://hibid.com/register

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit/debit cards . USA customers can pay online at https://silverfoxauctions.com/pay-online

Do I need a credit card?

No. We accept e-transfer and cash at our shop. USA customers do require a credit card to pay through our online portal.

Where can I pick up the items I won?

The Silver Fox Auctions shop is located at 237 University Avenue.

If items are listed as "offsite pickup" the address and time will be listed in the lot description.

I won something, but I require shipping. What is that process like?

Please e-mail us if you require shipping. We ship at cost through Canada post PLUS a $5.00 handling fee.

We will e-mail you a revised invoice with shipping cost and handling added as soon as possible.

When do I have to pay my invoice?

All invoices are due within 4 days of the auction closing.

Will you sell my things?

We will! Check out the consignment page for details.
